Error uploading binary, provisioning profile

Hi My Name is Aram, I have done so much and tried so much publishing my app but stil I have an provisioning profile error when uploading my binary, if someone could help please, please help, and on skype or something live would be better, Ive tried all that people have said and everyone has an diffrent sullusion.... please help, if having the same problem, start a conversesion, and maybe together we will fix it, cheers!
