I need help making my actors move the right way...

You see, I saw this really cool looking game idea from YouTube -
Anyways, in the video we make a spawner and hope to make the actor it spawns to fly out and start bouncing forwards. However, when I try to do this, it only makes my actor glitchily fall to the floor!?
Can anyone explain to me the proper way of making an actor BOUNCE FORWARDS automatically?
(I am making a type of advanced pong ^^)

It's just an accelerate downwards and some sideways motion isn't it ?

    Example file:

Click anywhere on the screen to generate a bouncing ball.

I cannot open the file - I have windows. So just accelerate downwards and accelerate to the side?

(the first change attribute is to self.Motion.linear Velocity.X)

P.S. set the bounciness to 0.98 for the floor and 0.9 for the 'ball' . . .

Whoops! Just pressed the unprivatisify button, should be ok now, prepare yourself, it's thrilling stuff, Disney have already been hassling me for the rights . . . .
