First Iphone game published on itunes, but cut off on 4s and icon all white

Hi Guys. Just want to give a big thanks to everyone that helped me with my first game, it just went live https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/catch-a-drop/id858795755?ls=1&mt=8
The first problem I see is that on the 4s, the left and right of the screen is cut off, so the buckets are partially cut off when moving far left or right, also if the water drops fall far left or right, they can be seen. Isn't game salad supposed to automatically fit in everything in for all the iphone resolutions?
The second problem is the app icon is all white after it has downloaded?

No you have to adjust the size manually or use the stretch feature. Have you added the icon in the publishing panel?

Hi bjandthekatz, what do you mean adjust manually or stretch? I've made image for 5s resolution, so why stretch if I need to go smaller, I need to squash?
When you say add the icon in the publishing page, do you top left on game salad when publishing, because I did add it, but only in itunes connect?

On publish.gamesalad.com in the top left corner, in itunesconect.apple.com and in the creator. Stretch will alter the game to fit on all devices, larger or smaller.

Do you perhaps have a link to "stretch" and how it should be used, this is the first time I hear of it.

It is only available in the Rc or Nightly builds. It is checked where overscan or letterbox is. I can link when I get home later.
