How to get cannonball to bounce off paddle and destroy roof

Hello

Could someone help me with a problem I’m having with collision behaviors. I would like to have a cannon ball bounce off a paddle and destroy roof of a building in a certain amount of hits.

I know how to set up the number of hits to destroy the roof that’s all set up my cannon is working fine. The problem I have is getting the cannon to bounce off the paddle and slam into the roof.
Instead it just hits the paddle and spins underneath till it disappears after a few seconds.

I’ve looked at YouTube videos and read the Gamesald cookbook but still no luck, I’m stuck please help.
