Black Images After Publishing on iPhone 4 (7.1)

I've tested my new app on Ipad, iPhone 4s, and iPhone 5 and everything looks fine.

However, someone I know downloaded my app on iPhone 4 and certain images turned black. Is the resolution too high? Or is it an issue with GS?

Anyone experienced anything like this?
