Change scene not working

I have set up a rule that when one of my actors' width becomes larger than 240, it plays a sound and changes the scene. The sound plays but the scene does not change and instead freezes. I am unable to change to a different scene in the preview player. Please can someone see if they know what is wrong? Thanks!

    I don't think somethings wrong with your coding. Sounds like it's a bug. Try removing that piece of code and re-input it in from scratch.
