Bought a Green Spell Animation but turn out to be a Maroon colour spell animation

I just bought a spell animation from http://marketplace.gamesalad.com/#product=26417, it is suppose to be green colour but when I insert into my game salad it turn out to be maroon.
How to get a refund or change it to green?
