Best ways to promote 'non-game' apps?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of any good sites where you can promote 'non-game' Apps? I have released a couple of games in the past and posted on the usual sites such as Touch Arcade etc. but recently created 'Paws Off!' a fun little App that alerts you if someone tries to use your phone...

However, I'm having trouble in finding places to promote it or where to send promo codes too? Anyone else had a any luck anywhere?

I did quite a bit of promotion on touch arcade for my apps , they have a section for it. Also post to some of the other sites is a good way to promote. I find touch arcade has the strongest community out there for everything.
