Why does the ad appear as a little bar at top or bottom?
In the game, I began to mess around with the advertisement behavior. When I test it out in the game, it's a small bar at the top. I've seen in some iOS games their ads appear as full screen things that might get accidental clicks. I was wondering if the bar is just a placeholder and GS ads can appear full screen or other? Just wondering.
Also, just out of curiosity, I went into publishing to see whats available for pro, and saw a lot of options like playhaven, etc, on the iOS. So you click on any of those, and that's what appears in the preview bar when your testing? I don't know, I've used search engine, but haven't found anything explaining the ins and outs of the ads and only found 1 vid on youtube on how to implement them, but its a bit outdated. The only experience I have with ads is setting up the Google ads for a graphic design firm I use to work at. I remember they have to put money into the account to get the ads to work, but it was to advertise their business. How does it work if its the OTHER way around and your game is advertising for other games and companies? You don't have to pay anything right? They are paying you for every click? Or am I wrong and you also have to put money into your account to advertise for other people? How do you even advertise for other games?

iAds are just banners at the too or bottom. Chartboost RevMob are full screen ads. You have to select which service you want to use when you publish. Also trying in accidental clicks will not likely gain you much revenue.
You want to have a good enough game so you get ass loads of impressions.
Thanks for the answer. I don't really endorse accidental clicks, I was making an observation about a vid I saw of flappy bird where the ads just appear full screen and I was thinking that if somebody were frantically playing it, they would accidentally click it several times in their bid to restart the game immediately.
