Problem with actor 'moves out of orbit'

Hi All,
I am currently building a simple game built around the planet hop template from Stormy Studios. It was all going great however now when hopping every now and then the ball stops making any contact with the planet and just floats. If anyone has used this and could help I will be happy to post a screen recording or project file.
