I have contacted you people for the past two weeks with 2 total emails and no response? Why don't I have game center behaviors and stuff!!!!?! Jesus christ.

    Have you looked under 'standard' behaviours? People sometimes miss the ones beginning with 'Platform'. They will be what you're looking for.

    Though I notice you don't have a pro 'badge', so perhaps something else is afoot?

    Wow!!

    No bash and I love GS but what is their response time or customer support level overall?
    Lol I see so many post about people contacting them and waiting weeks for a response or fix.

    Many times all you need to do is log out and log back in on the creator.

    I just scanned our support ticketing system and there isn't a single record of any support request from you.

    Based on what I can see, your PRO status is functioning correctly, but if you need additional customer support, please see http://www.gamesalad.com/support and open a ticket. PRO users always get priority support, but we can't answer what we don't see.

    We take customer service very seriously and I think our response rate for our PRO customers is very good, but we can't respond to things we don't know about. The forums are here for users to help each other, not an official GS support channel, because we just can't monitor them 24/7.

    For free users we're quite up front about the fact that we can't offer you support for the product. Not only is it not feasible financially, it's not fair to the users who have paid for PRO.
