iAds in the Netherlands

Hello all,

I am from the Netherlands, and I only now have focussed a bit on the iAds advertising, now my game is almost finished. Now I read that iAds is possibly not even supported in The Netherlands? This would mean no refunds? But i can't find any website with a list of supported countries. If this is indeed the case, what other advertising system would you guys recommand me?

    I looked into PlayHaven a bit.. but also here I can't find the supported countries. Anyone knows if The Netherlands is supported? Also.. are there ways to integrate other advertising systems then iAds or PlayHaven or are these the other ad integrations GameSalad supports?
