stop the game after hours

Can anyone tell if I can limit the players to play just two hours every 5 hours or every 3 hours .
In another meaning after he start the game he gets two hours to play from the time he opend the game. After that the game stop for around three hours than start again.
The reason behind this question actually it will help the parents more than the children or the gamers
1- it will decrease the addiction level. So they have more time to sit with family to study work what ever instead of losing hours and hours per day on a game.
2- its islamic reason I don't them to lose prayers time or disobey parents because of a game . As we can see mobile games are so addictive.
