Forum rules, like what not to do when trying to make a fun FREE competition for the forum. Who do I talk to about this and what can be said and what can't

Contacts are at the bottom of that thread to discuss anything...

If it's a free competition, run within the forum without advertising any 3rd party person or product your probably fine.. if not.. you're probably not fine.

Haha. He did not participate. He did play the games submitted but did not vote.
