INvalid Binary

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Has anyone had the issue where in itunes connect is says "upload received" then not more than 5 mins later if i refresh the page it says "invalid binary", I am not getting any reason why my binary is invalid and cannot find no information about it anywhere on the internet. I have followed all of tsbooths videos (even though they are old). And have done step by step publishing process and always get this message. Please if anyone has experienced this issue, let me know how to fix it. im so stuck on this, have ben for a few days. Do i need to re-run and sign again through xcode?, and help would be appreciated.
