Apple rejected my iAds demand... Why is that ? Something about identifiers

Here is what they told me :
Recently apple has made some changes when you want to add ads in your app before uploading your binary, don't know if that was the problem. Haven't got a clue

Has this got to do with " DATA PROTECTION " like when you create your App ID ?? Because I always choose " complete protection ".

If you've received this notice and the only ad network you want enabled is iAds, please hit generate again and resubmit your app. We just pushed a fix to the problem.

Oh yeah one more thing i would like to make sure of, what kind of data protection do i choose whenever creating my app IDs. And does that have anything to do with ads being served in my app? Thank you for your time.
My game "Bunny Dog" free version with iads (320x50 phones) was rejected twice with same issue. i figure out, that apple store guys test games on ipad only, before accept it. when i chose banner all its fine on ipad, but iads takes half screen on iphones and i really dont like it.
-any suggestion make iads banner smaller for both iphone& ipad???
