gamesalad update

for the newest gamesalad update is maverick required? the reason i ask is because my computer is kind of old and it wont allow me to update to maverick and im not trying to update if i can no longer work with gamesalad

these are the current requirements:

Mac OSX Lion or Later. Xcode 4.6 with Command Line Tools and iOS Support. Android SDK for Android support.

Core 2 Duo or Later CPU required. Minimum of 2GB of RAM recommended.
