Uploading Different APKs/Binaries for the same Game

Hi I have a quick question. Lets say I was uploading a game to iTunes Connect. Is it possible to upload a different apk/binary for US and then a different apk/binary for China?

@dreichelt‌ , yes you can, just set the appropriate country selection for each binary.
They need different identifiers though.

How exactly would we do that? Once I have inserted the meta date for lets say China. I would have to submit a binary file for China then another one for US. I am new to this...
