Display... Again

I have another question. If I develop my app on iPad Landscape, will I be able to publish it a universal and then publish it as universal to Apple?

    Yes you will need to try the universal options though. You can stretch to fit which takes nearly no extra work. Overscan will maintain your screen res but you will have to deal with parts of the screen being cropped off.
