two buttons carries different changing screen - Not Working

Dear gurus,
I have a game interface and I have placed two actors (Play & Help) . If I clicked on the first one it would take me to the play button and if I click on the other button it would provide me the information on playing the game. And I have given all the behaviours to change the scene as well.
If I press the first button (Play) It will smoothly change scene to the play scene and game plays. But if I press on the help button it will never go to the Help scene but it will go to Play scene.
I have tried all possible options. Its not working.
Can any one please help me

are you using 'when mouse is down' ?
if so, use 'when touch is pressed' instead and it should work!
