differences between collision shapes [File attached]

hello all,
if you check the attached file you will see the difference between circle collision and rectangle collision.
they both fall down and when collide with an actor interpolating up (y position) the circle collision shape stops moving and rotating. the rectangle shape keeps moving and rotating. why cant I use just rectangle shape? because the edges 'bounces' the actor up a little bit.
someone knows a solution for this?
any help is really appreciated.

It looks like a bug submit a bug report. Also I think it was in the Public Bug Database thread where I read that some are having trouble with circle shape collisions.
