Rev mod and Chartboost advertising...how are they any good vs iOS iADs

Am thinking of adding one or both of these to my next app...apps ready to go up wanted to know...

Which is best and how easy it is to set up.

I've signed up to Rev Mob and it shows a SDK page for iOS and Android...do I need to download these or just use the start up and scene change rules plus tick box on the publish screen?

How do I use Chartboost and is it any good?
