Interpolate Progress Bar?

So I watched this tutorial https://youtube.com/watch?v=vYdXAnnGQIU&index=36&list=PL67D4017397D788DC and I was wondering how to Interpolate the progress bar instead of it being choppy like in the video. Thoughts?

So I found an existing post (forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/59120/making-the-progress-bar-smooth), but it never really answered how to make TSB's progress bar smooth instead of choppy.

So my question still stands.

I took a health bar demo I created where you click to reduce the health value and I added Interpolate. See what you think.
