Uploading for free?

Hey guys, I'm new to Gamesalad, and have finally finished my first game and now I am looking into publishing it on the Appstore. Can I upload my game for free or does enrolling myself into the apple's app developer program always cost money? Also, how do I upload it???

    • App Store will cost $99/year.
    • Google Play will cost $25.
    • Amazon is free.

    There are a TON of threads on this information. Might I suggest trying the search feature?

    I know, I know, I tried searching but I needed to know if it was free or not for sure.
