I bought the student discount through studica and nothing yet

Hey so i bought the pro membership through studica and have waited patiently. I made my purchase 3 days ago and it says allocated. I realize they are slow but i was wondering if someone can speed up the process for me. I have proof of purchase and everything and have tried to contact both gamesalad and studica and have not received a response from either.
