Images format requirements for apple

hello
I am upploading my game into Itunes Connect, and I tried to upload a gamesalad viewer screenshot into my "games file upload"
but it says that the image I upload is to large in size. I need the following:
A large version of your app icon that will be used on the App Store. It must be at least 72 DPI, in the RGB color space, and 1024 x 1024 pixels (it cannot be scaled up). The file type must be .jpeg, .jpg, .tif, .tiff, or .png. It must be flat artwork without rounded corners. How do I get that picture or screen shot? how do I convert a picture I want to that format. please tell me if you have any ideas to do this an easy way. thanks for your attention!

Post your icon on here as a ZIP file then we can have a look and help.

Use photoshop, or any other image manipulation software out there that can output .png files. Make sure that your file is tailored to the Apple's spec, otherwise, you'll get a rejection message again.

It is asking you for the High Rez version of your icon, not a screenshot of the app.
