    Hey,

I bought this, just because I enjoyed your last game!

I find this strangely compelling. Played it a couple of times so far, and it's certainly full of tension! Great stuff!

The only issue I have is that I'm still not sure exactly how you start a game, and inadvertently get sent to your website by accident. It's a bit frustrating, especially as it takes a while to load (the game).

Sometimes a simple 'start' button will suffice you know!

Anyway, great stuff! Different and fun :D

    Thanks for the feedback QS!

I see what you mean. I thought I made it clear with the blinking arrows, but I guess not... You grab the wounded man button on the right, and then drag it downwards to desired difficulty. When you release the button the game should start.

I will have to do something about that. Thanks for the input.

No problem fella - but thanks for letting me know - now I can start another game :D

I understood the 'select difficulty' thing, and really liked it. Didn't realise it started the game though!

Cool. I'll make a little textbox that says "release to start" when button is dragged, that oughta do it!

Hello again, a GO-button has been added, and it even blinks! It was just stupid not to put it in there to start with.

Soooo, update just got approved, anyone else cares to have a go? Here's some promocodes for ya.

Its a pretty awesome concept for a game, but the way its set up now I don't feel like there is a whole lot of incentive to keep playing.

I think you could pretty quickly make a 'campaign mode', with a loose story line, slightly changing locations, and ramp up the difficulty as it goes.

Also it was hard for me to tell what was a vehicle, what was scenery, and what would blow me up at times.

Overall very fun game however. I'll say it again, the whole concept is fantastic.

Hey Eastbound, thanks for the inputs. What you say makes a whole lot of sense.

I've been trying to be true to the hand held console-concept, like the machines I hade when I was a kid. If I were to add levels, a story mode, increasing difficulty and so on I probably would have to make the screen clickable, and loose that vintage feel. It was at the very end I added the little hi-score head, and even that made me feel a little untrue to the concept.

I'll consider making a story mode though, it sure would be fun to do. Maybe I could add more analogue buttons on the side...

I don't see why you would need to add buttons. The story mode could simply be the same game started out on easy, and then each level you just ramp up the difficulty as if somebody had slid the bar to harder.

Pair that with some different backgrounds, a few audio tracks, a cutscene or two between levels, and your done. Maybe you could slowly introduce more vehicles as the game goes on, or only have skis on the snow levels, etc.

What I had in mind, I think you could pretty easily implement in one days worth of hard work.

Sorry to do this, mate, but I found a bug :(

If you complete the game (get to the goal) then start again, you start right by the goal. In other words, the game doesn't reset properly :(

This is on the latest update (loved the blinking 'go' button btw!)

    Good luck!

Yeah - if I shut down the game, then restart it, it's fine for the first game. Then once you get to the goal, every game after that will do it till you shut down the game again.

Just thought you should know. But, it's also a testament to how much I like the game that I'm still playing it :)

ok.. I've looked at it now, and it seems like the little wounded man button to the right gets stuck in the high position after finished level. if you tap it or drag it down it should go back to proper position. Seems like a problem that could occur on a vintage console also :D

unbelievably clumsy of me not to fix that, thanks for pointing it out QS! I will make an update right away.
