About html5 arcade publishing (free user)

I found I could not add any tags to my game, is this because I am using a free version of GS?

I'm Pro and I cannot at game tags either..dunno why?

@eroswu1985‌ , @eschwartz‌ , tags get added on the Home/Actors page, left hand panel.
