Pausing user input

It would be nice to have a "don't accept any more user input before the following behaviours finish running" checkbox in a rule. This prevents multiple touches on the same actor (or on different actors) when it is not desired.

Right now, I avoid this problem using timers and switches, but having a simple checkbox would make game creation faster and easier.
