Anyone else ever have this issue? no "iad network" button

When i go under manage apps in itunes there is no button for "iads" from my understanding this is how we put them into our apps. has anyone else had this issue?

It's been some time since I signed up with Apple for iAds but I believe I had to sign appropriate contracts and submit bank/payment info before you can use them. Have you done that already?

yea i did, i called apple also, they dont even know what the problem is. what about using revmob' i created an ap id through them and put it in my publishing page, but i get this error " You have selected RevMob as an ad provider without entering a valid RevMob ID for this platform. Please enter a valid RevMob ID in the RevMob Service tab. "
nevermind i figured out the revmob. fell like a dummy now. its just the services tab on the side after the id through revmob is set up.
