Tower Defense Tutorial

Does anyone know of any tower defense tutorials that cover non-set paths? I saw some templates that cover set-path TD's but I'd really like to watch a tutorial (not have a template) where the instructor covers non set path. Basically, I heard the best way to do this is via a table, well we have tables now and I'd like the opportunity to learn more about then (I'm new to GS as a whole). Plus I just love TD's and I've always wanted to build one. :) Thanks in advance!
