so confused with revmob

Can someone please explain to me how revmob works? I followed the cookbook to the T but then when i click run campaign it wants me to ad funds. am i paying to have my app advertised? I wanted to have other peoples apps advertised in my free game, and get paid from the ad clicks. Please whoever has experience please let me know what i need to do.

You do Not need to make a campaign, just add your app to the site and copy the app id they provide.

You dont put any amount under that tab. You simple click create app, select the platform and type in the app name.
