Many of you in the GS community have helped me a lot and hopefully I have helped some of you too. I honestly feel like I really know many of you and consider you friends - just in a sort of strange modern way.
Anywho... some good friends of mine (in the old fashioned sense) are trying to build a school ina remote village in Ethiopa. One of my friends actually lived in this village for 6months while working for an NGO that does micro credit projects. They have raised about 2/3 of the total they need to build a school and are working to get the final 1/3 through a non-profit website called the tipping bucket. It took me less than a minute to donate $1.
