There are none that I am aware of that go from start to finish. Do you have an Ad Hoc provisioning profile? If not Google Development Certificate, Distribution and Provisioning Profile in that order and set them up.

Download and install XCode, plug your device in and open Xcode. Go to File\Preferences and enter your password click View Details then click the circle arrow in the bottom left this will install all your certificates and profiles.

Go to Window/Organizer and click on your device in the left pane then click "Use For Development" in the right pane. In the left pane under your device click on applications then the + button down the bottom find your app and install it.

The fist time doing this is always painful the whole process really sucks.

Installing on a device is rather easy. Are you talking about iOS or Android. You need to be specific when asking a question. For iOS all you need to do is sign the app with a developer profile when you publish out of the publishing portal. Then plug in your device and open iTunes. Take the downloaded app and drop it onto the iTunes window. Now sync your device just like when you add music et.. Done.
