Make actor rotate towards touch?

in Working with GS (PC)

How do i make an actor rotate to the touch. I have literally tried everything. I stood like 2 hours on the internet and in gamesalad to get this working and i can't make it. It is simple. When touch is pressed, make an actor rotate to the touch.

    Rule: When actor receives event: Touch

    Rotate to Position

    ▲ Mouse X - ► Mouse Y
