Template problems

Good Morning Everyone,
I just purchased templates for game salad from the marketplace for the first time, and I can't get game salad to open them. I have tried to open them and link them the same way I have done with the free templates(which are all working perfectly) from GS with no luck, and I have also tried to use the "open File" in GS with no luck. Any chance anyone else has had this problem and solved it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your first line of support is to contact GameSalad or the author of the template directly.

But if you can provide a few details, maybe we can resolve the issue:
    1. What version of Creator are you using?
    2. What operating system are you running?
    3. What is the filename extension of the templates you bought (e.g. .gameproj, .gsproj)?

I'm running GameSalad 10.4.1. OSX MAVERICS operating system. File Extension is gszip. I am pretty new to Mac, but I have tried to unzip with no luck and have not been able to get anything out of it. Thanks for taking some time to help. I apologize for the delayed response, had to work the day job after posting this morning.

If you Google gszip, you'll find the answer in the first result which explains to rename the file to .zip and then unzip it.

Are your sure you bought a template and not an art pack? Usually, if I understand correctly, gszip is a file extension of an asset pack that can be imported directly into your project.
