hi im looking into getting a mac mini for gamesalad and publishing with apple! if i uy a Mac Mini with OS X Mountain Lion will that be good enough? Thanks in advance!

If it's a new Mac Mini, then you won't have any problem at all. If it's used, make sure you have enough RAM and also think about the longevity (e.g. is it upgradeable, what type of processor does it run, etc.).
Here are the system requirements for Creator:
Mac OSX Lion or Later. Xcode 4.6 with Command Line Tools and iOS Support. Android SDK for Android support.
Core 2 Duo or Later CPU required. Minimum of 2GB of RAM recommended.
