Uploading game to itunes???!!!!

Hi, ok i have been trying to figure this out for a while now. I submitted my app to the app store like 4 days ago. I have gamesaladviewer but would like to have the actual app on my iphone. Ive tried uploading my game to itunes and transfering it to my iphone but it said code sign error or something like that. Anyone know how to solve this?? Thanks!

    I guess you'll just have to wait until it's accepted... can take up to two weeks at the mo from what I've heard.

    ughh so aggravating hahah becuase i only tested it on gamesalad viewer, i never tested on xcode or anything so i dont know if its gonna come out normal. I dont want to wait 2 weeks just to receive a rejection! :-/
