Screen draw function following finger

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone has a good template or clue on how to get a finger drawing on the screen actually draw a line under your finger. I want to get my finger drawing a line or shape on the screen when i draw it with my finger...can this be even achieved with Gamesalad..
