GameSalad Creator does not respond

in Working with GS (PC)

After installing, I launched the creator but it does not respond. I also tried to double click on the desktop shortcut and the GameSalad.exe, both did not respond either. Please help. thanks!

    • What operating system are you running?
    • What are your system specs? How old is your computer?
    • Do you have antivirus installed & running?
    • What version of GameSalad did you download? Latest Windows release?
    • What color are your eyes?
