Problems with test flight

Hi all,

I'm having some problems with test flight.
I have everything set up in the dev center at the apple website, and it always worked but not anymore.

So whats happening?
I have two apps, when i upload app 01 to test flight it works perfectly and i can play it on my iphone.
But when i upload app 02 it does not. It worked in the past with app 02 (i'm at build 9.4.4)

So i tried to have the same build id as app01 everything the same, but my iphone tells my every time 'app can't be downloaded at this time" when i try app02, when i try app01 it works perfectly.

How is this possible? and how to fix it?

    Hmmmm. Just republish in GS with a new version number. It will be a new build. Also. Delete app from testflight and upload again.
