Jelly-like behaviour ?

Hi, is there any way to warp an image so it creates a jelly like behaviour when moving ?
Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, have a nice day

You can adjust an actors X and Y dimensions to 'warp' it. There is a discussion going on right now about that here:
