Legal Issues - "Gambling Game"

Hello all, i am interested im making a game wich you buy points with real money, and then a lottery starts and 1 of the 3 wins the prize, since apple gives me 0.69 of the 1 dollar, 3 players put 0.99x3 and the winner gets $1.5, i get $0.57 and apple gets $0.93, then you cash out via paypal if you have "x" number of points, i am using that table system to send/receive data and control everything, since pokerstars and other apps are allowed to use money in the games i thought , why not me?
Any of you have something to share with this idea? thank you, wish you all best.

    this looks like a dealbreaker :( thank you for the feedback, it would be nice to join IAP with these gambling features

    Just make sure your running this through your own server @daaddd‌ yoh wouldn't want to become fowl of a jail break system and have someone clean out your PayPal.

    yeah sure, i've already got the money to the investment, just searching a lot before starting the real deal, anyway, thanks for the tip ;]
