Because my game runs on web, but not in android?

The web version funcioan perfectly (this is http://arcade.gamesalad.com/game/121723) if you notice that prove sound and touch working properly.

The problem is then to generate and sign the APK. when I install on my device, I'm surprised that most of the sounds do not work and not to mention the touch, the game literally does nothing. :s

I tried several android devices and it's the same sad story, I have time for help in the forum or other items, but nothing ...

I leave the APK. to prove that their android phones and I can lend a hand with this problem.
