Super Mario Galaxy 2 was just released today and I just picked up my copy! I am so excited, I have been waiting for this game for YEARS!

    But Mario Galaxy 2 was announced just last year, hell it hasn't even been a full year since it was announced, so you couldn't have been waiting for it for years. :P

    But I know what you mean, between this game, Red Dead Redemption, Final Fantasy XIII, and No More Heroes 2, as well as my regular job, I'll have little time to be here on the forum, let alone making my games.

    I've been waiting since I finished the first Super Mario Galaxy!!!
    I'm already waiting for the next one!

    Super Mario Bros. and the Legend of Zelda games are my absolute favorites.

    It's very pretty so far...

    But now I have to charge up both of my wiimotes... :0(
    They haven't been used in a few months since Super Mario Bros. 2...

    I keep glancing over at the charging dock for the green lights!

    I totally understand this. There is nothing more important in life than a new version of Mario Galaxy or Mario Kart. No kidding!
    Unfortunately in Europe Mario Galaxy will be released in June, so I'll have to wait some more days.
    By the way: IGN gave it a perfect 10, which is awesome for a sequel. ;-)

    I loved the first one, the level design alone was awe inspiring.

    Man, I'll have to pick up a Wii again soon. Sold it a while back because nothing was coming out that I was interested in after Zelda and Mario Galaxy. It looks awesome and I hear it's supposed to be a lot longer than the first one. Have fun Joe! I'm sure it can inspire some cool gameplay ideas :)

    (And just about every other console or handheld that has come out in the past 30 years...)
    Plus 15 or so arcade machines and pinball machines.

    I pretty much live in nerd city... :^)

    Lol, I have a 1998 Judge Dredd Pinball machine in our Games room.

    Its old and keeps breaking down, but it still works well and is fun!

    I've been playing Super Mario Galaxy 2 since sunday noon...it's pretty cool...but for some reason I like the first one better (as far as story) and Super Mario Bros Wii...still a long way to go I guess to see how SMG2 plays out...ha, I just noticed...SMG...just switch the S and you'll have FMG ;)
