Good size for buttons and actors? (help)

Hello, I bought some templates actors and some buttons. They actors and buttons are massive I'm working with a 568 by 320 size. So when I want to have them resized it show's jagged lines and stuff, I'm not sure if it's my computer or what. Anyway I'm going to resize them but before I do it, I need help on what size my actors and buttons need to be. So what is a good size for an actor and buttons?

Should be. A good way to check is to test your game via an adhoc build.
