In this game i am creating, I want an actor to bounce off of a wall, but from any direction, and I want the actor to move at the same speed all the time. How would accomplish this?

This is basic and you can find the answers in the tutorials. Spend some time studying working your way through them it will make working with GS a lot easier. When you get stuck building your game (As we all do) post your problem here with a detailed description and a screenshot of your rules or a test project and the community will help you figure it out.

Where can I find a tutorial for this? I've looked every where I can think of and none of them answer my question. I want to know how I can make my actor bounce off of the walls from any direction and maintain the same speed.
Help/Cookbook also see There may not be anything specific but once you understand how GS works you will figure it out pretty quickly.

You aren't helping! What I need is a specific answer. I'm not new to this! I've been at it for years. I know how GameSalad works, but I just don't know how to do this. I asked for one specific thing. I told you I already looked at the help/cookbook and YouTube, but none of them are answering this one question.
There are examples that show how to do basics like bouncing off of a wall. Take a look at the examples on this page:
http://gamesalad.com/manuals
Download and examine both the "Crazy Ball Wall Breaker" and the "Pachinko" demos.
I need to know this same thing... I need a circle actor to go in any direction, and if hits a wall, will bounce and go in other direction.
Where are the screenshots of your rules or a test project? You haven't added anything but a complaint about the lack of help you are getting when you won't make an effort yourself.
I asked the kind of question you are asking when I first stared here. I wanted to know how to hit a golf shot and I got similar answers. I went and did the study and figured it out which is what you will have to do. No one will do it for you (Well someone might) you at least need to make a start and ask the community for help when you get stuck.
This is basic stuff and if you can't do it or figure it out you don't know GS as well as you think. You have only been a member for a bit over a month if you take the time to learn the basics now your development path will be a lot smoother.
