Converting PC to Mac? - help!

Hey all, so I have tried to load up a version of my game using Windows 10.4.1 on my Mac and after renaming the file, it said it was unable to read it.

The file extension was correct but now I am stuck. Does anyone have any ideas? I can't use DBAs convertor as it won't work on Windows 8.1 :(
