How do templates work exactly?

Hello everyone!

Newbie here at GameSalad. I was looking at the marketplace for templates when I came across this:

My question is, if I purchase it, make some minor modifications to it, am I still allowed to publish it to the App Store?

It obviously is not my own creation so I'm wondering what needs to be done. Like, do I have to give credit to the owner of the template or once I purchase it, I can use it however I want?

It's yours to publish as you please and credit is not usually required.
The only thing you can't do is resell it as a template (without permission).
