select actor before swiping??

Hi,
Ive been looking for hours on how to do this. what I'm trying to do is I have multiple actors on the scene and after an actor is clicked it can move one swipe according to what direction is swiped .. what I want to do is when I press an actor I can swipe to move that actor to the next location, but after that swipe I have to click that same actor to move it again or click a different actor to move that actor.
so what I don't know how to do is
press actor before swiping and after one swipe is done it restarts the process were it has to be clicked again

You are asking a big question. Have you got anything so far that you can show us? If not have a look at the video below and make a start. When you get stuck post a question with a specific problem and add a screenshot of your rules or better still a test project.
